The menu on the evening will highlight both Chinese and Taiwanese flavours, and will be a celebration of dumplings and all they represent - especially their integral position on the Chinese New Year table.
The sharing feast menu will include the likes of 13 Spiced Lamb Crispy Xian Bing, Hakka Brown Shrimp & Chives Steamed Dumplings, Dalian Mackerel Boiled Dumplings, and Chongqing Grilled Pork Neck (£55 per person).
The evening will also be the last chance to try our bespoke whisky cocktails from the XU x The Macallan collection.
